HiTi CS320 is equipped with dual-sided lamination module that offers the most versatile way to produce multifunctional, durable color cards. During the printing process, each layer of yellow, magenta, cyan, black and transparent over coating are sublimated onto the card in 256 levels to create a total of 1.667 million colors in continuous tones. When combined with 300 dpi of resolution (equivalent to a 4800 dpi inkjet) the result is unbeatable saturation, contrast, sharpness and color depth. CS-320 uses HiTi's indigenous OEE digital image processor, when combined with unique algorithm, offers unrivaled processing speed, comprehensive list of functions, JPEG file processing, imaging enhancement capability, unbeatable print quality and future expandability. With the auto-card design, HiTi CS-320 takes few seconds to print a dual sided only. The embedded card flipper speeds up printing operation by flipping the card automatically inside the printer. There is no need to flip card manually. HiTi CS-320 card printer has an automatic card feeder with 100-card capacity suitable for convenient high volume printing. A transparent card feeder cover allows for easy viewing and management. The card feeder can be adjusted to accept cards with thickness ranging from 0.3 mm to 1.0 mm (10 mil - 40 mil) for unbeatable flexibility and convenience when cards of various thicknesses. HiTi CardDèsirèe CS supports connection to external databases, enabling users to use their own databases for batch printing. Moreover, a unique printing setting function permits the saving of the printing directive into a printing info database, which includes image adjustment, ID photo rectangle, and printout counter. With this intelligent software, making ID photo becomes an easy and intuitive operation while protecting the information in the original database at the same time. HiTi CS-320 is capable of high-speed continuous printing of up to 100 cards / hour in single-side, full-color and borderless printing mode (25 sec/card). Each finished card will be beautifully printed and ready for use without trimming the moment it comes out of the printer. CS-320 has a unique dud collector box to collect and manage IC / striped cards that failed the reading or writing process initiated by the printer. Moreover, CS-320 also utilizes a patented finished card collector to collect and manage finished cards. Unique card-escape slot allows continuous printing even after the finished card collector is full. HiTi CS-320 uses HiTi's color ribbon consumable with proprietary vivid color formula for outstanding output quality. Each color ribbon can be used to print 200 cards in full YMCKO color or 1,000 cards in black (K) color to reduce ribbon changing frequency. To ensure top-notch quality print quality, HiTi CS-320 implements an ingenious removable clean roller to remove dusts from the cards before they were printed.
