This printer is an absolutely great buy for all of the things you can do with it.

It's got a scanner which with every function on this printer, is very easy to understand. It's got the cool function to edit your photos right on the printer and even the screen that the preview shows up on, is extremely clear.

Sometimes you just want to remove the red eyes but don't really want to sit through opening your photo-editing software. This printer removes it without all of the complicated tools.

I absolutely love how you can print cd print covers right on the cd and for people who usually can't put things on straight like me, this is an awesome feature. What surprised me was the fact that I can barely hear it print and it prints extremely fast without skimping on quality. It has memory card slots so you can take it right out of your digital camera and print it out.

The ink cartridges are considerably less in price than most printers and for a college student, that's a good thing. It also figures out the size of the paper automatically so there's no adjusting bars. On most printers, I have the worst time printing on envelopes but this printer makes it really easy.
