I received this item as a gift. I have a small business that requires clear photos. Often there is a need for scanning. Black and white photos. Color photos. My expectations were exceeded after using this product for less than a week. Easy to follow step by step directions. Clear photos in color and black and white. A great product to have for any home office. I am also NOT very computer savvy. This HP Photosmart C5280 All-In-One not only gave me a boost in self confidence. It also gave me professional results in numerous aspects of my business. Quality at it's best. No more trial and error. Easy to follow directions for the professional quality you want or need. My family no longer uses the local photo shop. We do it all at home!
