We got this one for free from grandma who thought it was broken. Wifeys uncle tried to fix but he could not get the job done. Turns out that the feed tray thing on the back was popped off a bit and feeding paper crooked. We told wifes dad, but he had already bought grandma a new printer so we got to keep it. Woohoo a free printer, fax, copier, whatever all in one. I am super happy with this thing as it lets me submit resumes so much easier than before. I have not bought a new cartridge yet but i am guessing that is gonna suck. Overall the thing does a great job, i have absolutely no complaints with this littl wondr.
