We bought this machine for both personal and business use because it was reasonably priced for what it offers. Even though we rarely shut this machine off it takes a minute or two to warm up before you can make a copy, and then it takes even longer to complete copying or faxing. If you need quick printing then you will be disappointed in this machine. The print, fax and scan quality is average. If you need high quality printing then you will not ... ...simple business copying, or just everyday copying and faxing, this machine may satisfy those needs. This machine goes through ink quickly and also has feeder issues and will grab several pieces of paper into the feeder when copying. You need to use a heavier weight paper.
