This is a nice fax machine to have. I had one before I sold it and it faxed things really fast and I had no problems, just wasn't using it any more. But it was very easy to use and I had no problems out of it. The ink was not too high either. It really prints well and has a different range of features that you can use. I say it is very reliable and easy to maintain. It really comes ion handy when you need something to fax right away. It prints you an ok paper as well to let you know that it was sent and received okay. It has very good quality in printing the documents and for faxing them to important individuals.
