The stove is a beautiful piece for the Wow! factor at our long term care facility kitchen, but that is where the romance ends. The staff are cooking for an average of 20 persons three times a day. The top gas unit has been acceptable, while the oven is a TRAVESTY!!! Three controllers, one new bottom element, and it still is a SWAG what temperature you will get and the hot spots!!!
