I first saw these headphone on a plane, while reading the SkyMall magazine and I though that they would be perfect for me because I hate noisey plane rides and for other places also. The next day I ordered them online and as soon as I recived them I tried them out, I plugged them into my iPod and sat next to my TV and tuned the volume on the TV up all the way it can go. The Sennheiser HD 280 Pro is a very good quality headset for the price. They do a very good job blocking outside noise and they also keep from leaking sound.
