Big Size, Balanced Sound
Review of Sennheiser HD 485 by
cooldev007
Advantages: most well balanced sound and doesn't need too much power
Disadvantages: big in size
...we done reviewing two budget Sennheiser cans, when our test labs played host to the higher range Sennheiser HD485. This full-sized beauty is a supra-aural headphone that has a sturdy body with a green titanium finish and black foams. The large size did not cause any discomfort even after using it for 3 hours as they are nicely padded on both the ear cups and on the headband. It has an open design which caused sound leakage to a large extent but this ... ...were glad to find that Sennheiser also included the clamp in the package to hold the cans safely on the table or desk.
The headphone has a frequency response of 16-24,000 Hz and impedance of 32 Ohms. We were a bit discouraged at first to see our MP3 players and laptops powering these full size headphones but once the music started, we were impressed. Though not the loudest when paired with most portable audio players, this is still one of the best ...

Sennheiser PXC 250 - headphones
Review of Sennheiser PXC 250 - headphones by
hildas
Advantages: Stops background noise well
Disadvantages: None
These are a very handy set of headphones. They can be used with almost everything and the performance of these is excellent. I was bought these as a gift so I was very pleased on first using them. I definitely believe that they cut out 80% of all background (low frequency) noise which is good when all you want to do is listen to favourite music and not screaming children. The noise reduction is excellent on these and I am able to listen to any tracks ... ...the sound through these is very good also and I am impressed with the overall quality of these.
The battery life with these headphones is very good the original alkaline ones lasted me over eight hours which was great. The headphones come with two adaptors - a large one for plugging into a hi-fi, and a two-pin adaptor for everything else like my i-pod. They both can fit into your pocket which is great, handy and useful.
Overall I found these headphones ...

Panasonic Headphones
Review of Panasonic RP HT21 - headphones by
Gypsydancer55
Advantages: Light, good sound decent bass
Disadvantages: None
I bought these for my daughter but I liked them and used them for a while until I bought me some higher end headphones. They have good sound and decent bass. The are light and fit easy on the head and on the ears. I just wish they were a little bit tighter.
They are good for joggers and also for eveyone else. You can wear them on top of your head or even around the back of your head as my daughter prefers to wear them. The cord length is about 3 ...

My New Behringers
Review of Behringer HPX4000 - headphones by
Gypsydancer55
Advantages: Sound excellent, light weight and comfortable on the ears
Disadvantages: May be too tight on a large head
I think they are excellent headphones, they are light and have comfortable ear pads. The Bass is perfect for my listening pleasure. I have used them for my portable CD player, I was surprized how good the music sounded even on that portable CD player. Also used them to listening to music and movies on my computer and with the TV. I like that the cord is thick and feels strong, and that it is only on one side. I would have given them 5 stars but they ...

Wii USB Microphone Logitech
Review of Logitech Vantage USB Microphone for Wii 981000058 by
hildas
Advantages: Excellent sound quality
Disadvantages: None
My daughter bought this Wii Logitech Vantage USB Microphone with her Christmas money to use with her "Sing" Karoke game. It was not as expensive as I thought it would be and on first seeing it it looks strong and well made. It is made of white plastic and has a black mic where you sing all your favourite songs into.
It easily plugged into the USB port on the back of the Wii and comes with an extra long 15 foot cable which gives you plenty of room ... ...to join in and sing with you with the extra long cable attached to it.
It really seems to be a high quality mic and the sound really does accurately sound like your own singing voice which is really good as other mics I have used myself before, sound nothing like you but this one really is good sound quality indeed.
Overall an excellent mic for the Wii karoke singing games that everyone will love using. My daughter loves it and I think for the ...
