I bought these headphones as a replacement for ear buds and have not been happier. The sound quality is just great, especially for music, because the bass really stands out. I personally think that is awesome. I have not heard any cracks or loss of sound while wearing these headphones. So I am quite happy with the sound quality. ...don't hurt my ears or around my ears at all. The shape of the ear pieces fits my ears perfectly, and the padding makes it comfortable. It doesn't block out any outside sound which is the only negative, but turning up the volume can easily do that. These headphones seem to support a really high volume. (Just don't go too high!)
