This carving knife, the Hamilton Beach 74250, has provided me with excellent results for 2 years running now. Unlike some of the other units ive tried in the past, this knife cuts through all types of meat, like Turkeys, Roasts, or Hams like well a knife through butter. One thing that i really enjoy about it is its consistency in cutting.
