The size is perfect because it is able to fry a larger quantity at one time. It can hold 12 cups of oil. I just love this deep fryer. It is really easy to use and it does not take long to empty out the oil. The food taste so good every time I cook in it. It does not take too long to heat up. My mom has this deep fryer and she likes it. She said that the food always comes out tasting good and the fryer is easy to use.
