Like all games in the Halo trilogy it has stunned players with its amazing gameplay. The game continues the journey of master chief as he attempts to find a way to defend a falling earth soon to be invaded by the flood, even worse than the current alien covenant invader, the flood are vicious mutated humans and aliens alike setting out to engulf the universe. There is only one possible way to stop them and its down to the chief, Earth, the elites and arbitor to find it.
The story is backed up by stunning cinematics and gameplay, which involves fighting a variety of high AI enemies in massive detailed maps and landscapes. The weapons and gadgets have developed further, for example the bubble shield featured in the trailer.
The online multiplayer consists of multiple gamplay modes as well as a number of maps ( more purchasable from the XBOX LIVE marketplace). The characters can be customised with unlockable characteristics that will, insome cases, stand out on the field of battle identifying a certain player or clan.
The game has great gameplay but also a brilliant online multiplayer community well worth the money.
