OMG What a piece of crap. At thirteen months (one month after the manufacturers rebate expired) the screen started speckling and the television stopped turning on and off. I paid Best Buy (and/or Geek Squad) $100 and waited three weeks to get on their schedule just so they could do an "assessment" and tell me they needed $500 to replace the Power supply board and didn't know what to do for the speckling issue b/c the TV wouldn't turn on. HP wanted $600 to replace the power supply board but would fix the speckling issue for free. I scheduled Best Buy to come out again waited another three weeks for the same technicain to tell me he didn't know he was coming out to do the repairs and so he hadn't even ordered parts. It's been two weeks since I last saw best Buy/geek Squad and i can't get anyone at the Best Buy customer service to tell me anything. Meanwhile I'm stuck with thie practically brand new television that cost $3000 and doesn't work. Word to the wise don't buy HP plasmas b/c their obviously pieces of junk, don't shop at best buy b/c they don't stand behind the junk they sell, and don't expect Geek Squad to do anything besides sticking their heads up their ass.
