LOVE THIS MONITOR!! The colors on this monitor are so vibrant. The flat screen gives way to no distortion. It has very clear pictures and as well as text. This monitor is easy on the eyes for those of us that stare at the monitor for hours on end. It connected to my computer with ease and takes up minimal space. ...In keeping with my requirements for a large display screen with a massive resolution capability, I recently purchased the Hewlett Packard L1906 TFT Monitor. I need a large work area for programming and seeing many applications on screen at once. I also need one that that can seemlessly integrate with the unusual resolution of my widescreen laptop. Where better to go than the manufacturer of my laptop! As mentioned in other articles, it is my goal to turn the entire office into a HP branded office. 1 manufacturer with a great reputation means maintenance and repair is easier as it is all focused in one direction. ...Top peformance from a top manufacturer without the top price? What more can you want from a TFT flat panel 19 inch monitor from Hewlett Packard? As you know, here at work we are a major HP user nowadays. Mainly because of the reliability and quality of the products. Hey, im the IT manager so the better quality products we buy, the less maintenance and replacing we need to do! That why when my developers were asking for more screen resolution to maximise their working space, we needed 19 inch monitors that could not only give a bigger picture but also offer larger resolutions than the industry standard 1024 x 768 most flat screens seem to offer. ...I’m a relative newcomer to LCD screens with PC’s or come to that anywhere in the house. My old PC rather like a laptop had a built in high gloss LCD screen, and I was most impressed with this and concerned that due to the high gloss effect future monitors would pale in comparison. This Hewlett Packard 19 inch monitor is incredibly compact, it sits in a space 20 inches wide by 1 inch deep, the stand ideal for limited space areas is designed to fit (stand included) within a 5 inch deep area, if your that tight for space you can literally put your keyboard on the stand giving it that little bit extra stability. Unpacking the monitor is straight forward enough, its incredibly self explanatory.
