This printer was exactly what I needed. It was fully functional and very clean.
The HP Deskjet 6940 printer appears to be a worthy successor to my HP LaseJet 4L that gave 15 years of outstanding service. The HP Deskjet 6940 is much faster (speeds up to 36 ppm black and up to 27 ppm color),has a small foot print, is stylish, and QUIET and easily handles a wide variety of print jobs such as labels and card stock. The print quality is excellent. Considering the modest cost, this machine is a good investment. I have bought nine of them for use at my office and home.
Additionally, I can make use of convenient, direct photo printing without a PC from PictBridge-enabled cameras using the printer's front USB port. Wonderfull!
