...I spec'd this printer for one of my clients based on speed, resolution, duty cycle and price. In these respects it's a great printer. What I was not prepared for is the SIZE of this behemoth! Looking at the physical dimensions on paper does not give a mental image of the thing. In photos it looks like any normal laser printer. I was embarassed as hell when it arrived at my client's office. The shipping crate is the size of a washing machine and the printer itself is not much smaller. It takes two people to lift it. Sitting on a table it looks absolutely ridiculous. Sitting on the floor it is almost the same height as a desk. The person I installed it for asked to have it removed from his office after seeing how huge it is.
We also had to send it back for repairs immediately after installation because (we were later told) a piece...
