I bought this grill for an excellent price. It was so easy to use and it never stuck at all. I have cooked several things in this grill. I love to use when cooking my hamburgers and other food on because it cooks out all the grease. I think is taste so much better than the food being cooked inside the oven plus it seems to be a lot healthier. I only have to heat if for about five or ten minutes top. This grill is great for indoor cooking, especially if you live in an apartment and can't have an outdoor grill! It's great for hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken breasts, and even steaks. One nice feature is the slanted angle of this grill, which causes grease to run off easily into the trap below. It's especially nice for bacon! I find it makes it a little hard to grill hot dogs/brats because of this, but it's workable if you can get used to them rolling ...
...once it's cool, just use the included scraper to get the big parts off, then wipe with the included sponge or a paper towel. One disadvantage is that this grill has no temperature control. It always cooks very hot, so you really can't do a thick chicken breast on it without the outside getting blackened before the center is done. Wow, I never thought that a grill would work this good. It heats up very quickly and it cooks very good. It cooks all the grease out of my food and makes it taste a lot better and even make it so much healthier for you. It is very easy to clean and maintain too. I love paninis. That is why I bought this grill. I am happy to report that if you want something that will grill your paninis then this 'Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine' will do the trick. It comes with: a drip tray, a scraper, 2 scouring/sponge pads and a cookbook (however, for some reason mine never did). The grill is on a slight angle so that oil and fat will run down into the drip tray. Because of that, I find that it works great when ...
...you wish to rid of excess oil/fat. Also, it is made with non-stick Teflon so clean up is a breeze. I simply wait until it has cooled and then scrap it using the scraper (gets rid of all the big stuff), then I use the sponges provided (sponges have groves in them that fit the grill) to wipe it down.
