I bought this product and LOVE IT. I have not had any problems with except for the windows visa i dislike that. I love how fast it is and reliable. The dvd/cd burner is fast. This has plenty of memory and comes with great programs. The buttons are easy to access to turn the volume down and up. The screen has good resolution to watch movies on. The sound could be a little better than it is. The downfall it does have is the buttons for the mouse they are not that strong and may break easily mine is already having problems and if you leave the arrow on something to long it will click it open. Overall excellent product. Would not want anyother notebook other than this one. The screen also shuts down very easy. for the price this Item is a 10. It is light and compact. Also it has plenty of usb places, and the wireless network card is Great has wonderful ;pickup of a wireless network.
