The FPD1765 is one of the newest models in Gateway's redesigned displays, perfect for the challenges of a professional environment. With its pure DVI-D connection, this 17" flat-panel TFT display from Gateway delivers ultra-crisp, cinematic picture quality at a 1280x1024 maximum resolution. LCD displays have many advantages over traditional CRT displays, like the fact that they consume far less power. And because there's no screen flicker with LCDs, you experience far less eyestrain. At just under 15" wide, 16" high and 7" deep, the FPD1765 occupies up to 65% less desk space than a conventional CRT display. Plus, it's VESA compliant for easy wall mounting. With a wide variety of accessories available, you can easily adjust the screen to the exact height and angle you choose. Raise or lower your LCD 5 inches (130 mm), pivot it to either side, tilt it up or down, or even rotate the screen to switch between portrait and landscape viewing - providing optimal viewing space for those long spreadsheets and web pages.
