Advantages: Great performer, singer and live concert act
Disadvantages: None

...had the pleasure of seeing Gary Allan twice in concert the in the last 8 months and he is one fantastic musician. He puts all he's got into both performances I've seen and nothing less. He plays all the big hits that everyone knows like "Songs About Rain", "Watching Airplanes", "Best I've Ever Had" and " Nothing On But the Radio". He also plays other songs that are not that well known or played often on country radio or television stations. He never ...
...makes the crowd feel part of his shows. I have a few cds of his and I have to say that he's much better live then on the cd personally for me. If you ever have the chance to see him at least give him a try and see if you like him. I for one was not a big fan of his till I saw him live in concert because he's much better there then on the cds I feel. ... Read review

not his best work! but i still love him!!
Review of Tough All Over - Gary Allan by tracyjane71 taken from ciao.co.uk

Advantages one of the sexiest voices in country music - nice looking too!
Disadvantages not enough slow stuff!!!! he does that so well

...I love this mans voice, the two albums i brought before this (used heart for sale and alright guy), his rugged good looks and usually his music. But i expected this to be his best album. I read on a website before i brought it that this album was made after his wife committed suicide and it was a healing project. It's good...even great but not as good as 'alright guy' a previous album. It is as country as ever. He sounds great...gravelly, twangy... deep! The songs that he wrote "just got back from hell", "puttin memories away", "no damn good" and "putting my misery on display" are, in my opinion, the best on the album and possibly this is what was meant by it being an emotional journey! One thing that sets Gary Allan apart from other male country artists is that he does a great ballad. A man's ballad! Alot of pride and a touch... Read review

Ooh, some old, some modern, some may be odd
Review of Top 10 TV Programs ever by goodasgold taken from ciao.co.uk

Advantages I like them, I have good taste
Disadvantages You may not, you may not think so

...are ridiculous and the characters often intensely irritate me – but you can’t deny that it’s clever! The jokes are often reflecting current politics and are satirical, and for 20mins it’s just a bit of humorous escapism. Last but not least… another cheating one from me.. and if you’ve just skipped straight down to this last one without reading the others that’s very naughty of you. **BBC sport coverage** Yeah, yeah, I’m ending on another cheating note, but you’ll have to give me this one!! The BBC has outclassed ITV in every way this year with their sports presenting – I have in mind the World Cup coverage in particular – ITV can keep Des!! Gary, Allan and Martin wiped the floor with Des and co. Ok, they also had Ian Wright on board, and that was unfortunate yes... Read review

Writing on the Wall for Reid
Review of Leeds United by mrpaella taken from ciao.co.uk

Advantages Recent Champions League Semi-finalists
Disadvantages Heavy debt burden

...ORIGINALLY WRITTEN May 2001 Growing up in Yorkshire in the 1960s and 1970s was quite boring. My father and his friends supported Leeds United whilst I supported my hometown club of Hull City. Leeds had a fearsome team at the beginning of the 1970s. The team consisted of: Gary Sprake, Paul Reaney, Terry Cooper, Jack Charlton, Billy Bremner, Norman Hunter, John Giles, Peter Lorimer, Paul Madeley, Allan Clarke and Mick Jones. Gary Sprake was also goalkeeper for Wales. His most famous moment came when he threw the ball into his own net at Anfield. He was later sold to Birmingham City. Paul Reaney was an effective fullback. He should have been picked for England. Terry Cooper was known as the overlapping fullback. He was a great attacking player. He played in the 1970 World Cup in Mexico. A broken leg suffered against Stoke... Read review
