...lot of good things about Garmin GPS. I've always thought all of them probably just perform similar. I have used a Magellan and a TomTom and both gave me a bit of problems here an there but were still useful gadgets. This time I decided and tried out the Garmin nuvi255. This is a wonderful device! I have used it for about 2 years now and it usually gets me where I need to go. There are a couple of glitches in it, for example, while I was driving through Columbia South Carolina it never told me about the road construction going on so I had to wait on the freeway for 4 hours while the lane cleared.
