This navigation system has always gotten us where we need to go. The voice is friendly and software is easy to use. I really like the return home feature. Press one button and you are set. However the software is really old so if you are living in a city that often has new roads I would not suggest it. I had a friend of mine buy one of these for travel purposes, so he and his wife would not get loss. They said it was great to have.
