This is so accurate, it shows everything: I can see all lakes, woods, little roads and main roads, I can see where is a little villages and big cities, I can see single houses and all. It picks up the signal well, but my father tell me he has had it for two weeks and 3 times it would not find an address so that he must break out his cell phone to look up an address,this experience make him so depression . by the way ,No zip code search on the U73T.
