This is a great GPS. i love it, i am a hunter so it is a great hand held GPS for me. I like the color screen, and it maps my direction very well, it has never gotten me lost yet. Turn on is very easy, loading the maps are very easy. Has 8 MB so that is a good amount, good for me because i have my local maps in mine not the America maps. This can be a real lifesaver when you are going somewhere you have never been before. It saves you the hassle of having to stop and get directions several times so you can get where you are going, For the most part it works very well but there are a few draw backs to it as there is with all gps units. If you are in very small towns then it can have problems getting you where you need to go. There are at least ten roads around my town of 2000 people ...

I do quite a bit of traveling for work and on these occasions I find this to be an invaluble tool in getting me where I need to be without a lot of hassle. Garmin produce quality GPS systems, but for some reason have fallen behind the competition, and I am not sure why this is so. It is as accurate as any other unit on the market. The maps are clear and concise, and the satellite pickup on start-up, fairly rapid, which is the downfall of many other comparable units. Its very large 4.9 inch screen is certainly an advantage as well as the inbuilt dual speakers, which really do help you to hear instructions ...
