Great Headset! This headset does it all. It connects to your regular phone as well as your Computer at the SAME TIME!
I got this headset because we have an old PBX phone system, but we plan to upgrade this year to VOIP System. This headset works like a regular headphone so I can listen to webinars or MP3's from my computer through this headset. Then it beaps if a phone call is coming through. I can click the headset and answer the phone even if I am 100's of feet from my desk. Awesome. I even use it in our server room where there is lots of noise and while I wish it was a little louder, I probably don't want it to go much louder as that would not be good for your ear. Overall, it is great!
