My husband bought me this refrigerator back in January 2008 and I just love it. We had to get a new one because our old one went out while we were on vacation (rotten meat...not so good!)
We looked at a lot of different refrigerators, I couldn't believe how many were available but we decided to go with this one, the Frigidaire. It has so much room! From the outside it looks like its not going to hold more than one grocery sack worth of groceries. Yet, once you open it up you're pleasantly surprised.
It has 3 glass shelves and 2 crisp drawers with humidity settings (never use the humidity settings myself though) and so much room in the door! There are 3 shelves on the door as well as a small butter door and the two bottom shelves are wide and tall enough to hold a gallon of milk along side all your condiments.
It runs very quietly, everything is always the perfect temperature, nice and cold without having ice crystals in your tea or Koolaid, )which is actually good on a hot day but not in the icebox.)
The freezer has a lot of space as well. It has one shelf in the freezer area and 2 shelves in the door. It keeps everything frozen but somehow doesn't freeze my ice cream into a solid chunk of ice.
Can something be frozen but not " too frozen"? Everything is frozen perfectly but I'm not hammering the ice cream with a chisel.
I love my refrigerator and I didn't have to pay as much as is listed here, I got mine for 349.00 and it's worth every penny of it! My very first "brand new" ice box and I couldn't be happier!
