The landlord bought two of these for my apartment when the central air went for good. I installed one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. They install in a snap and work great. They cool the entire apartment better than the central air. The low voltage technology worked great for this place. The remote makes it convenient to change the temperature. They cool very fast and are very quiet. The filter is really easy to get to. They are truly energy efficient. It cost me less to run these than running the central air on a higher degree setting. The other feature that is really nice is the sleep mode. Let's you save a little extra by settng it up when you sleep. Highly recommend.
