Advantages: Nice Look if that's the only thing you're looking for
Disadvantages: Bad customer support

"This product has a sleek look, different from other externals as it stands by itself, elongated, and lights up when plugged into the computer as well as a power source, eluminating an orange inner console. Don't let the looks fool you. There are two parts to this hard drive, neither of which are sold separately by the manufacturer as part of warranty support. Constant e-mail to phone circular parading with the warranty support has left me high and ...
...all my data saved on it. Terrible customer service, takes too long to solve an incident. User interface software prompts for a setup every time you plug it into your computer, and if it does install, will prompt an .exe file at startup, at least on Windows Vista Home Premium. Overall, I would not recommend any product with poor customer support and no eye for accomplishment when it comes to parts recall and replacement. There is better bang for ... Read review
