I was at a loss without my food processor. The problem was when I went to buy it, I was a little short on cash so I bought the chopper instead. I whip that up and put it in my omelet pan, and flip it when it is almost set. After I flip it I put some pepper jack cheese in the omelet and it is fantastic. I love this little gadget: Hey if you do a lot of cooking, and baking you need something that will help you out in this area; It makes quick work of all my chopping, grinding or grating jobs; You can't get a lot into this but you don't want a lot either you know?
