This is a time saver!! Plus it is especially useful for someone like me, who has arthritis in my hands. Sometimes chopping or dicing and even mixing can be painful. This unit is a great unit as it isnt huge... but the 7 cup size, makes it just right for most recipes. It isnt oversized, thus less cleanup after the fact.
