Love the Machine
Review of Cuisinart BFP-703 by tch2rd

Advantages: Easy to use and clean.
Disadvantages: None

I recently purchased my second Cuisinart BFP-703. I had literally used the first one to death. For blending, processing and slicing, nothing can compare to this Cusinart product. The motor is powerful enough to chop ice or blend raw potatoes for potatoe pancakes. Using the blender attachment I make the best milkshakes and smoothies. This machine is easy to assemble and goes into the dishwasher for cleaning. The best part was that my new Cuisinart ...
...steal appliances. It looks so good, I don't have to put it away, but I can leave it out on my counter top. This dual machine is a great value for the money and I highly recommend it to anyone who uses a food processor or blender either ocassionally or every day. ... Read review

A Must-have for the Kitchen
Review of Cuisinart DLC-5 by grownupgirlie

Advantages: Multi-purpose, easy to clean, saves time
Disadvantages: Takes up counter space, only one speed

This classic machine does so much. When I was shopping for a food processor, I knew I wanted a Cuisinart. It does so many things, it seems like I never use it enough. I've used mine to make pesto, pasta dough, sauces, grate large amounts of cheese (using the grating blade), turning crackers into cracker crumbs, and marinades. I've heard you can even use it to make pie dough and turn granulated sugar into powdered sugar. The case is easy to clean ...
...can be put in the dishwasher. Be careful with the blades though, they are all really sharp. One handy little thing is the pusher for the feed tube. There's a little hole in it which is great for making salad dressings, as it controls the speed of the oil you're adding, making sure it doesn't get added too quickly. Simple to use switch - on, off, pulse. Easy! ... Read review

A hand saver for arthritics
Review of Cuisinart DLC-10S by SheGrizz

Advantages: easy to use and clean
Disadvantages: sometimes pain to put back together

This is a time saver!! Plus it is especially useful for someone like me, who has arthritis in my hands. Sometimes chopping or dicing and even mixing can be painful. This unit is a great unit as it isnt huge... but the 7 cup size, makes it just right for most recipes. It isnt oversized, thus less cleanup after the fact. I found it very easy to use and not to bad to clean. I would however read the instructions the first time you take it apart to clean ... Read review

Grade ! A+ chopper
Review of Black & Decker HC21K by ajs002004

Advantages: works great every time
Disadvantages: have to cut the veggie before inserting

I love this handy chopper. It's very fast and compact. Just grab it, plug it in, stuff in some roughly cut veggies and chop away. The blade stays nice and sharp. It only works when the top is locked in place so it's safe from kids turning it on with their little fingers inside. The blade, cover and cup that hold the veggies (or whatever you're chopping) are all dishwasher safe. I love that. It takes all the risk out of cleaning that blade by hand. ...
...any busy people out there that want to save time in the kitchen. Lately I've even been chopping up whole bags of onions at a time to freeze. This way my onions don't start creating a root before I get to use them and they remain fresh after I've cut them. I store them in a zip lock bag and take the onions out as needed rather than having to chop 2-3 different times during the week. It's a great device to have around the house. Great wedding or house ... Read review

Cuisinart food processor
Review of Cuisinart DLC-2011 by babygirl05luv

Advantages: slices and dices better than I can by hand
Disadvantages: expencive replacement parts

Cuisinart food processor I accually borrowed this from a friend last week. And id have to say over-all i had a good experience with it. I though about buying one for myself but i did change my mind once i saw how much the replacement parts are. $25 for a work bowl, $40 for a work bowl cover. The person that i borrowed it from said she has had to replace the parts and hasn't owed it that long. So that is a real down fall. For how much it is priced ...
...On the good side it is Dishwasher safe. And thats a plus for me since i am always on the go. it has an extra-large feed tube, a small feed tube, a dough blade, and slicing and shredding discs, it is 600-watt, 11-cup, full-size food processor. It dose Includes 45 minute How-To video and booklet with 75 recipes. I got to try 12 out of the 75 and they are really good recipes =) of course all of them had you useing the food processor.
