Advantages: Reformat of discs

As zip drives go this is a reliable work horse. The down side is the bulkiness of the unit and the size of the discs. The up side is that you can reformat the disc and reuse it over and over. I use this to store items that I don't want to otherwise clutter up my hard disc with. It's great for storing personal information and you can access the stored file and edit and save without needing to reformat the entire drive. Each disc holds 100mb of memory ...
...hard drive it's best to go with another medium. Connecting the unit to your pc is done through a usb cable. The unit is powered directly from your pc via the usb port. If you intend to use this zip drive to transfer to another pc just keep in mind that you'll need to install the driver and carry the drive, the usb cable and the disc with you in order to do it. Unless, the computer you're migrating to happens to have a zip drive as well. ...

 A link to the past - Open the door to old memories

Advantages: It can open memories to the past!
Disadvantages: It may open bad memories... Useless for people with no floppies.
Well... I personally do not use this device at all, but I own one and it's always nice to have such old technology! WHAT IS THIS?
Maybe the youngest people does not know what is this. Around 15 years ago, there were no flash drives, no external hard drives and even not CDs. All the software came in small floppy disks. They were square and big, but such a nice stuff for the past. In those days, this device either existed.... as all the floppy ...
...Well... This is just an external floppy disk reader. It connects through your USB ports... however, it won't be faster than a regular floppy drive... as the floppy disk can't handle more speed, however, you will be able to read floppy drives in the newest PCs.
COME ON!!! THIS IS JUNK!
Well... that's what you think... But I bet several people would love to have one of these. People who has several memories and very old files, can have access ...
