Review of Olympus UFL 1 Underwater flash by duniamimpi

Advantages: -
Disadvantages: -

I used this UFL-1 flash Olympus 770 SW with my underwater camera extensively. If the TTL signal from the camera reaches the flash, it works great. However, as I was not using the Mount Olympus, to make the camera while manageable SCUBA diving, it was very difficult to know when the camera and the flash were lined up So, the red light seems to be on all the time if the Flash is on. This is a disappointment because you do not know if it still recharging ... Read review

A perfect companion for those closeup shots!
Review of Nikon SB R1 Wireless macro flash system by skyhigh

Advantages: Performance
Disadvantages: Maybe a little costly, Little Bulky!

...of Review Nikon SB R1 Wireless macro flash system A perfect companion for those closeup shots! First Impressions As you would agree with me, this flash system looks quite techy at the first appearance and appeals to you very much. Appearance and Built-up I already covered the appearance part, the build quality is also exceptional and is very nice and tidy. Ergonomics/ User Friendliness ...
...only a few seconds to do that and is highly user friendly in that sense. The GOOD about the product * Performance, you need top performance, right? Get this one to get the top possible performance out of your SLR * The flash is properly diffused and hence better results are obtained during shoots. The BAD about the product * Maybe a little costly. * Little Bulky! My Final Words If you are looking for a flash system ... Read review

Canon Speedlite 430EX Great Flash
Review of Canon Speedlite 430EX Hot-shoe clip-on flash by redkathy

Advantages: price,features,quality,respose
Disadvantages: none

...flash. It's mounted on his Canon 20D and is perfect with the 9 sensor coverage. The lens is equipped with a pull out extender to cover a lens up to 14mm wide for full frame. The 20d requires 10mm at full frame so this lens works very well. According to my son, it is more flash than most people will ever need. I only wish I had two pictures to show the difference between the built in camera flash and this baby. The clarity of the pictures due to ...
...I can't say enough about Canon products. This one has exceeded my and my sons expectations. I have been buying Canon since the mid 90s and continue to buy Canon equipment for myself and my son. The price, features, and durability allow me to highly recommend this flash. ... Read review

Flashes Nicely
Review of Canon Speedlite 420EX Hot-shoe clip-on flash by Zmugzy

Advantages: Swivels and Tilts
Disadvantages: No manual over-ride

...some great photographs with my Canon EOS 300D and 420EX flash gun - the unit will generally support all EOS cameras - but as always it was a bit tricky at first. I always think that using a new flash aparatus is always takes abit of getting use to. That is where the digital camera has one of its main advantages: you can have a few goes until you get it right by checking it in the view finder. As far as Flash guns go there are a few cheaper options ...
...This worked well with my Canon EF 90-300mm. One possible drawback of this unit is the complete lack of manual override controls, but everything seems to be automatic these days. If you really want to be ambitious you can also link up the Speedlight 420EX to other Canon flashes for multiple flash lighting effects and the 420EX also comes with its own stand for off camera use. I would only recommend such an item if you're a real enthusiast. Most ... Read review

Review of Olympus FL 36R Hot-shoe clip-on flash by skyhigh

Advantages: Bounce Swivel, Diffuser Flash
Disadvantages: Cost could have a little lower

Olympus FL 36R Hot-shoe clip-on flash The Perfect Hot-shoe Clip on Flash for your SLR The First Impressions I was looking for a clip-on flash for my Olympus E510 and I went to my local electronics shopping mall, There one nice salesperson showed me this one, and you know what, I bought this flash in no time and yes there are good reasons behind it. Let's have a closer look at the product, The first thing I noticed about ...
...more than a mere product it looked to me a piece of craft. The Flash excels when it comes to performance also, it features five flexible flash modes, with bounce swivel and has wide angle diffuser flash which ensures proper diffusion of the light during the flash. Even in extreme dark conditions, as I tested it, the flash helped the camera get the perfect captures. The Final Words Highly recommended for your personal/semi-professional ... Read review
