I've been using this machine for over three years now at work, and have found no real reason to change it. The documents to be sent feed easily into the top of this machine and we've almost never had any problem with it taking more than one page at a time. I have one of these and do not use it now, but have relied on it for numerous things. First , it can copy just anything you need. I let my kids copy coloring papers, pictures, and all. ...suggestion, turn it on. I have lost a fax because of paper jamming and never could read it. When using the phone part, make sure you adjust your volume for the ringer. I cut mine off.
