First let me talk about the phone. It has a 50 name and phone number phone book and even a dialer! What could be cooler? There is a caller identification feature as well which tracks the top 30 callers. It can receive calls while I'm away and I can look at them when I get back. I actually lost the manual in the first year so I had to intuitively figure out what's where. It also has a neat help feature which will print out all the commands needed. ...First, it doesn't have a fax output tray to catch the original documents. It will slide through the "Document Exit" and scatter on to the floor as I had it on a ledge.
