I have one of these and do not use it now, but have relied on it for numerous things. First , it can copy just anything you need. I let my kids copy coloring papers, pictures, and all. I Secondly, it has a phone and number storage . I have needed it before for me to recieve faxes. It worked real good. It sounded like a big fax machine you would see in an office somewhere. ...suggestion, turn it on. I have lost a fax because of paper jamming and never could read it. When using the phone part, make sure you adjust your volume for the ringer. I cut mine off. I did this because it is loud and I had other phones that I listened for. I never really used the number storage feature but I did use the speed dialing feature. I bought the Sharp fax machine last week and I love it. I use it for my home office and it works great. It is easy to use, I set it up and started using it the minute I brought it home. It's not to big so it fits right on my computor desk. It's not very loud so I don't wake my family up if I decide to use it late at night.
