this is a great digital scale. you can use it to weigh your food or to calculate postage. It is lightweight and portable. i bought this one from wal-mart for $29, but it is not the pretty blue, just plain black. it is very durable and runs off batteries. i have not had to change my batteries yet. the scale automatically turns off to save battery life. i use mine all the time for ebay. it can weigh in ounces, grams, and pounds. i would definately recommend this to anyone who needs an affordable digital scale. i have had no problems with mine. i can not think of any disadvantages of this scale. this scale is very easy to use. just turn on, wait a couple of seconds for it to zero, put product on and you are done.
