This really comes in handy when you are on a diet and want to measure your food by weighing the food. It is nice to have plus with it being digital it gives you the right weight. It is a good quality scale to have for personal purposes. It is pretty study and does not tear up too easily. I have not had any kind of problems out of mine since I bought it. And by me weighing some of my food it has helped me lose some weight. It was a good price to pay for this nice type of scale. I would recommend this scale to others who wanted a quality scale to weigh and measure some or all of their food. It is really easy to read as well.
