Advantages This Phone is great
Disadvantages Apart from the tiny screen.

...Right now dont get me wrong this mobile phone is great but it was not made too well for internet access because the screen is nowhere near big enough and it is a pain at the fact that you have to spend about two hours in customer service queues too find out about access numbers to get into wap and after wasting half of your credit or bill finding all that out you then have too spend 10 pence a minute to connect to the wap pages and your finger always ends up sore as well as your eyes because you are constantly looking up and down the mobile too make sure you are pressing the right buttons and you all know that i am right because we all know that the buttons are too tiny too be fiddling about with but all of the other functions on the wap phone are great. ...The Ericsson T20 is a fantastic little phone. It's so neat and soooo easy to use! I saw the phone first in a shop window and decided I wanted it. All I had at the time was a Motorola m3788e which was so boring and had absolutly no functions that were exciting. I had to save up for the phone first and my original choice was to keep the phone with orange so that I could keep my number. By the time i'd saved up Orange had stopped stocking Ericsson T20's and the only network left that sold them was One2One so I changed networks and got the phone for £89.99. From then on much of the time over the next few days was spent playing on my new phone because it's so fun and has everything you could ever want from a mobile phone. Advantages small, light, 'hand-shaped', games, voice dials, etc!
Disadvantages mmmm...oh yes, a wee bit slow with messages.

...I recently bought an ericsson T20s on orange just talk for the simple reason that I was stuck with a T18s and it was really quite pants! The 2 phones are often compared, probably because the numbers are the quite close, but the T20 really is in a different league. T18 owners, UPGRADE! There are many features on it that are not that useful but generally they will all be used. I was very dissapointed with the voice dialling on the T18 but the T20 seems to have a fantastic way of eradicating background noise. The menu help option is also very good for first time ericsson users. I loved the variety of colours available when I seen them on the ericsson website and once I held it, I had to buy it! I used to be all into nokias (3110 5110 3210)but now I have moved up a class. The T20 is a good phone for anybody. ERICSSON HAVE NOW... Read review
