I use this computer at work in my office. It is my personal printer (meaning only I use it). It was purchased to replace and upgrade an older printer which we were using with a very old computer system. When we upgraded that old printer took FOREVER to print even one page. This new printer however, is lightening fast and print a 50 page report within a few minutes. It can use paper which ranges in different sizes from letter to large Fanfold paper. It uses form feed paper which ensures accuracy and provides a clear print out every time. The ribbon cartridge also lasts a very long time, I print tons of reports every day and a cartridge lasts me over one month. The ink does begin to fade when you know you need to change it, but you will never have gaps in your print out. This printer is very very powerful. I had to get a carpenter to bracket down the area of my desk that it sits on and it is actually very noisy, but, I think its ability to print reports so quickly more than makes up for it because the old printer which took forever made just as much noise. All in all, this is a great printer for office use, especially with its capability to be shared on a network by different people. It can also be loaded from the front and the back so you can have 2 different size papers loaded at the same time for different types of reports. Its a great little working machine.
