The CE210W offers 10-bit hardware calibration for the accurate color control required for CAD, graphic design, printing, and digital photography. The wide screen format with its 16: 10 aspect ratio offers more horizontal viewing space than conventional monitors. Two applications such as a text document and web browser can be viewed side-by-side, or graphics applications can be opened and work palettes displayed simultaneously without any overlap. EIZO's powerful new ASIC (application specific integrated circuit) provides 14-bit color processing capability for smooth, accurate grayscale and color rendering even in darker tones, which are typically difficult for LCD monitors to reproduce accurately.
