My wife talked me into buying this Dyson Vacuum. Let me just say that I was less than excited to spend so much money on a vacuum cleaner. Now that I have seen the results for myself, I'm glad we did.
My wife vacuumed with the old DIrt Devil before, and then with the Dyson after. When comparing the dirt bins, the Dyson contained more dirt than the Dirt Devil even AFTER the DIrt Devil was already run 10 minutes prior in the house.
It has so many features. It never looses suction. And the most impressive feature, I thought, was the 17 foot extendable attatchment hose. It extended up 20 steps! Without having to carry the vacuum along with her. In the touch of a button, there was all that extra hose to use your attachments with. I was impressed.
Also, the ball. It is clear now that this vacuum is WELL worth the money. With it's easy manuevrability and ease of mind knowing that the house is less dusty and the floors are clean for our baby to play on. AND It is MUCH quieter than our old vacuum.
