I bought this Dryer in Febuary. I have the electric version. My electric bill has not gone up since my purchase. It seems to be very efficent. It has several features I love. for one it is TOP LOADING!!!! It is the only top loading dryer that I know of. That is So nice next to my washer. ...the lint bucket only needs to be emptied every 15 or so loads. It also has auto sensing drying settings so you do not under dry or over dry your clothes. You should sort your clothes according to drying time. it will not dry insulated jeans in with a load of light teeshirts.
