we bought Whirlpool Super Capacity Dryer on aug last year along with the matching Whirlpool Washing Machine.The machine has worked very well. We purchased this Whirlpool Cabrio Super-Capacity dryer to replace a piece of crap Kenmore dryer. We knew we didn't want to own another Kenmore or Fridgidaire product again (they were the actual manufacturer of the dryer). But we only needed to replace the dryer and the dryer needed to have specific qualities: to have a large enough capacity to dry all the clothes that our washer could wash (which was A LOT) and have a door that opened to the right ...
...with this dryer and other Whirlpool products. When our crap Kenmore washer eventually died, we replaced it with a Whirlpool Duet. However, we did learn our lesson and purchased the extended warranty (we got it at Best Buy) and had them install it. It's a little piece of mind, considering that nothing seems to be made to last these days.
