I bought this dryer in October. So far I love it. It dries well, it isn't too loud, and it has lots of different drying cycles from which to choose. It is big, however -- depth wise. I didn't count on that when I bought it. You need to measure the depth of the dryer -- but then make sure you count extra room for the hose out the back to ensure you have enough room to fit it into the space in which you are trying to fit it. Plan on an extra 4-5 inches ...
...get the pedestal (an extra $110 bucks -- which is ridiculous for a metal box) or have someone build you a pedestal upon which to put your washer dryer before you have them installed. We got this whirlpool gas dryer included with the purchase of our new home. I have never used a gas dyer before and the results of my clothes where amazing with this appliance. I find stopping it before the end (around 10 minutes) stops wrinkling of clothes and all you have to do if hold them and put them away. It is a very quiet appliance also.
