...I was always told that whirlpool was a great and quality product..WRONG and the company does not care about its customers either. Do a search on whirlpool class action law suits and it will amaze you. This one did last longer than its partner the washing machine however not more than a year later the whole heating element had to be replaced. I just replaced both machines with LG appliances. If you want a very nice dryer than this is the one for you. It drys clothes really fast. It also only has to be turn on once to go around not twice. It has different features of heat that you can use. It is so easy to use and the performance is the thing that I like the best. It is so easy to operate when drying clothes. And it is so easy to load, since you can load from the front. It is really nice and quiet. It is not loud at all and does not take too long to get your clothes dried. It has a lot of nice functions. From low, high, and air dry levels that you can use. Disadvantages: Dryer sheets sometimes cause your clothes to stay damp
