Honestly, for what you are getting, I find this is a pretty good deal in a pinch. I have used these cameras numerous times and they have worked well for me. However, that being said, any of the pictures I take inside are always dark and very grainy. The outside pictures are usually crystal clear. I bought this compact camera for our trip to Grand Cayman when we swam with the sting rays. Easy to pack in our suitcases (considering the 50 pound weight limit now) It worked great for underwater shots. They came out very clear and were good quality. I used one of these cameras yesterday at a wedding when my battereis went dead in my digital camera. It took pictures nicely and the pictures came in clear and all after being developed.
