This is one of the best dishwashers that we have ever owned hands down! Not only does it hold a ton of dirty dishes,pots, pans, etc., the way that it cleans them is beyond compare. Anything that is washed comes out fresh and clean as can be. The way you can set up the interior to fit your own needs is such a big help when you need to have larger baking dishes and strange size pots that just won't fit in a regular type of dishwaher. ...wasn't drying properly. We called LG and they said that we had to use Jet Dry for the dishwasher to dry properly. We thought that was a little odd but we went with it. It dried a little better so we just ignored the fact that we had to spot dry probably half the load. Over a period of time the dishwasher dried less and less and then after about 6 months we started getting food washed up on the dishes. The last straw was an error code so we called ...
...starting to mildew. We called LG and they sent out another repair guy. This one told us that the heater was dead and wasn't even heating the water. He then informed us it might take 3 weeks to get a pump as it was really hard to get any LG parts. I blew a gasket! I called LG and let them know that I was really, really unhappy. A friend of mine had one of these a couple years ago and said she would not recommend it to anyone. It does not work very good at all nd it akes several time to get your dishes clean.
