If the unit is not level, drawer won't close as it should. Her husband installed hers, but he works for a major retail chain and had installed others. This is my 3rd Kitchnaid appliance. This styling is sleek and smooth...well designed and classic. I'm not a modern style person and this doesn't blair out in my kitchen. Wow, you would really like this kind of dish washer. It really cleans very well. It has six diferent kinds of wash cycles and it is very easy to use and to even load. I just like the color. My mother has this dish washer in her home and it works pretty good. She has not had any kind of problems out of it.
